Online TV Player support both Windows Media and Real Video. You can play most of stream formats in one program. It can set the screen window to any size that you want. It supports full-screen mode too.
Version 4.3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Editor's review of Online TV Player
Like many similar programs, Online TV Player provides a constantly updated list of Web TV and radio channels and plays them back using Windows Media Player or RealMedia Player. We like the choice of channels, which you can browse by country of origin. However, we'd have liked the ability to organize the list by content category as well (sports, movies, and so on).
The interface is quite straightforward, as you'd expect in such a simple program. You just need to choose a country and a station. In all, if you don't want to search for channels on the Web yourself, Online TV Player is worth downloading. Otherwise, you can easily get by with a browser and Windows Media Player.
