  Customer Service Manager

  This is a high quality low cost software which will allow you to database all you customers and their equipment and service history.

  Pros: Many ways to search information and a great way to archive service history.

  Cons: It would be nice if this software could intergrate with a windows address book to reduce set-up time. If Air Doctor came out with a refrigerant management software to compliment this program.
