Probably a one-of-a-kind game for the Mac, Croquet lets you play the classic lawn game against your friends or computer AI players. Simple 3D graphics show the layout of the wickets, and the game lets you choose from several background scenes for your game. Control your mallet by clicking the mouse and pulling backwards. Pulling back further causes a harder shot while only a short pull causes a finesse shot. We like this game a lot even though it is fairly simple. The computer AI is ruthless even on the easier settings, meaning that the computer controlled player will be hitting your ball out of play often. You'll be able to play up to four teams with three players on each team. Two game types including Official Nine Wicket Croquet and American Six Wicket Croquet are available. Anyone who likes the classic game of Croquet will enjoy this game.

"I am not a happy camper."

Cons: Had to go to SmarterThanYou (STU) site as CNET dwnld didn't work. From STU I bought and dwnlded, but got an .exe file which I was unable to open with my MAC. I guess I need help from someone SmarterThanMe.
