"DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK IT?!"

Pros: i just wanna try out this hack for fun. but i dont know how to use it?

Cons: i dont know how to work this product. i downloaded it and saved it under C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\my.steam.account\counter-strike source\cstrike\maps

and it still isnt working.. i extracted it and everything.. how come its not working?
