Pros: Well, I'm not able to really test how well it'll stand up to an attack but, it's easy to use, and I like how it requests my permission to let things connect to the internet, and the variety of options when giving that permission. I also like how you can submit files that the firewall doesn't know about to the company, and they will determine if it's safe or not, and update the whitelist automatically.
Cons: None so far..

There is a free way to test your firewall, you could either use norton security check or a program called PC Security Test 2007 which is better than norton.
