  If you install, it will take over your computer , will slow down, and it will ask for purchase . You wont able to uninstall it

  This is a bait, ransomware, If you install, it will slow down your system , will show warning messages and ask you to purchase full version. Its impossible to uninstall it completely. You have to reinstall your system These companies have no worry about product name, hoping %10 of people pay Then next year ,they will come out with same code under different product name.

  Pros

  Recently got the Win10 Anniversary Update and decided to install full suite vs just the firewall. Installed like a charm.

  Cons

  As I always do after a major update I did a clean install of the Anniversary edition and now I'm getting a "Digitally Unsigned Driver" error when installing? Installed perfect before the clean install. Yes, I held the shift button, restart, #7-Disable digital signature requirement and still no install with out error warnings and being cut off from the internet. What's UP?

  YOU HAVE TO PUT DEFENSE PLUS ON TRAINING MODE FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND DISABLE THE SAND BOX BECAUSE YOU WONT NEED IT WITH DEFENSE PLUS CAUSE IT WILL BE LIKE RUNNING TO SPYWARE PROGRAMS AT ONCE

  Complete protection from viruses. I am using version 8.4.0.5076 which has very friendly user interface. No nagging alerts at all and very light on the system. Try it and u will love it.

  Cons

  Do not install Geek Buddy. Chose custom install and untick the Geed Buddy instillation

  Comodo have been known to install malware like software with their regular products.

  Search Google for Comodo's horrible practices. GeekBuddy is basically malware that you can never get rid off.

• I will Never Use My PCs Without It

  -straightforward and clean; doesn't say "here I am!" all the time like some others -the add-ons are superior; GeekBuddy is a must have for me -customer service happens within 3 minutes by chat or call and they work quickly -the sandbox feature is great! -the free version is fully functional

  Cons

  -I found it to slow down a computer using a celeron chip. I have not found any impact on other computers, even a tablet using atom for example -The popup advertising (only on startup or when it scans a problem) can be annoying; also if you have a problem they tend to aggressively sell their GeekBuddy add on, which as I said, I highly recommend

  -I used the free version of this program of comodo suite for several years on several computers and it worked very well and resulted in very few issues with any of those computers. When I had a severe problem and needed one of the add-ons and upgrade, (GeekBuddy) I found the service superior! I would not be too annoyed at how they sell GeekBuddy because it is a great service! I have my own IT now, and they are fast and efficient. I highly recommend this product fee or paid.

• Comodo Workers behind the scene are stealing files

  Pros

  The Worst experience ever! I paid 69.00 for a geek buddy at Comodo to clean my registry, what should have taken 1/2 hours turned out to be 2 1/2 hours. They did not fix the problem, it jammed my Explorer browser and I woke up at 1am to see my computer opening images from my personal files and photos files. I clicked on my mouse and who ever was on my computer closed the files they were viewing. Hackers workers having remote access to my computer pretending to fix your registry but transfering all my files unto their USB BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM REMOTE WORKERS. I called to complained and They are still doing an investigation on this.

  Light as hell, computer boots up very fast, no lag on opening programs, security from every corner, Anti-virus, sanbox, HIPS, Top rated firewall, Virutal Zone, this is all for free

  Cons

  Aggressive Popups if HIPS is turned on, might frustrate some users, would be good if the Anti-Virus had a web shield where it scans webpages and downloads before threats reach your computer.

  Summary

  The Cons are not enough to outweigh the pros, i switched from avast and panda to this, i feel naked without using a third party firewall, and this has an anti- virus too which i rate highly, will keep using this on my windows 10 laptop

• COMODO security software may be Spyware and Malware!

  I have had COMODO Internet Security, COMODO Firewall, and COMODO System Cleaner software for at least the last two years and I have not had any internet or computer system security issues for this entire time.

  Cons

  Yesterday, 10/19/2015, my COMODO Internet Security software uninstalled itself; the program was no longer in my Program Files and its GUI vanished. I tried to download and install the new version from www.cnet.com and from the COMODO link on PC World's website, but the prompt informed me of a "Fatal Error" and urged me to uninstall my old version of COMODO Internet Security. I could not uninstall it because it already uninstalled itself. I was able to uninstall COMODO Firewall and COMODO System Cleaner. Yet again I tried to download and install the new version of COMODO Internet Security; however, I received the same error as above. I finally found COMODO's files in my Program Files and manually deleted them, but one file named "cavshell.dll" refused to be deleted. During my installation attempts I refused the following: (1) to make Yahoo! my Home Page, (2) to make Chromodo my default Web Browser, (3) to download and install Chromodo Web Browser and "Geek Buddy" support services.

  Summary

  I finally downloaded and installed AVG's security software and it found the following malicious software installed by COMODO: One Trojan Horse, one Virus, and eighteen Adware in COMODO's remaining "stealth" files (I thought that I deleted all of COMODO's files) on my computer! There were three Adware AdInstaller.Somoto files, thirteen Adware Generic5.BSLB files, and two Downloader.LOV files for a total of 20 high threat and medium threat harmful files!
