Collect Now is a software package that interfaces with your Quickbooks 2002-2006 company files and performs the following collection tasks: automatically scans and summarizes critical past due accounts receivable data including, days past due, past due balance, credit limit, payment index, payment trend. When past due customers pay they are automatically removed from the summary, allowing you to focus on collections and credit evaluation, rather than updating an old aging with current information. Automatically e-mails reminder notices to past due customers based upon user defined criteria. No more forgetting to contact the customer and establish that they are past due. Automatically sends follow-up reminder notices. Allows the user to efficiently document conversations and schedule follow up calls in the contact management section. Allows the user to establish payment plans with customers and automatically monitors the payment plan to ensure compliance.
