The SwiftTec Club Membership System was designed to meet the requirements of a club which needs to maintain a membership database and to track the activities of a member at the club. It creates customizable membership cards which can include barcodes, photos, text and images. Included with the basic system is visit logging where member visits to the club are tracked. Additional modules and features can be added to handle entry/session passes, operator passwords and other custom transaction codes. The system works with or with a barcode scanner for handling member cards, passes and other transactions. Several computers can be networked together to access a central database creating a comprehensive system. Each basic module and feature is separately licensed allowing the software to cover the needs of all types of clubs from small to large.

Version 1.9 adds accounts which enable related members to be gathered in a single group.
