Version: ClearView RC Flight Simulator 4.93
Pros: Graphic are good but demanding of your computer. Expect video issues that need to be worked out.
Cons: Flight controls lack sophistication. It is much too easy to fly. If you are looking for a serious RC Simulator, then this is NOT what you want.
You still need a buy a controller. While it emulates a collective pitch, you do not have the control of a real RC helicopter. (i.e. it really only has 4 channels)
This "game" is overpriced for what it provides.
The DEMO is almost completely ineffective. By the time you get it up and running, the DEMO period of a "generous" 15 minutes is over.
While it may have potential, it is several generations away from being a serious RC simulator. If you want a cheap simulator, FMS is free and while the graphics are not as good, the flight controls/characteristics are much more realistic.

Pros: Flight dynamics are right on. Damage modeling getting better with each free upgrade release. Well worth the still low $39.95. Try the demo and compare to Realflight.
Cons: Could use a greater variety of fixed wing aircraft (closet developers-are you listening?)

Pros: This is by far the best program I have for long time. If you just bought a shiny new RC helicopter, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FLY IT! Do yourself a favor and get ClearView. You will learn to fly on 40 different helicipters, including many beginners helis that will fly just like yours. You will crash every 10 seconds, but after few hours you will learn to keep the heli up in stable hover. That alone will save you bundle of cash, not to mention tha aggravation waithing for new parts and rebuilding your model.

"Absolutely useless. Graphically total crap!!!"
Pros: Its cheap. Opening page looks good. Its the rest of it thats rubbish.,
Cons: Demo sells the product but far too short on the evaluation period and when you buy the full version, Yuk but its too late by then. Better to go buy the Phoenix Simulator.
