From Unsanity:ClearDock removes the semi-transparent white background from the Dock under Mac OS X 10.2 "Jaguar" so the Dock icons are "floating" on top of your desktop picture. Alternatively, you can specify the color and opacity of the Dock background and application triangles to suit your tastes.
