Although it doesn't offer many frills, Castrol Honda Superbike 2000 delivers straightforward motorcycle racing that's easy to play. The demo delivers two tracks and one rider. Helpful settings such as automatic corner deceleration do a good job of keeping newbie racers on the track. The game's graphics are on par with its release date, and the directional audio helps raise the level of realism. Nice touches such as lap split times and instant replay make it easy to analyze and improve your racing techniques. Oddly enough, the game shuts itself down after each race, which can get annoying if you want to run a track more than once. Although there are plenty of motorcycle racing games out there that offer more realism, Castrol does a good job of delivering simple, action-packed racing without requiring absurd amounts of skill.

Castrol Honda Superbike 2000 brings the complete motorcycle-racing package straight into your home, and you can tinker and tweak the performance of your bike without worrying about oil on the carpet. Officially licensed and developed in conjunction with former world Superbike champion Castrol Honda, this program is the most accurate motorcycle simulation ever made, allowing PC users to race 190mph. All the action is presented with stunning realism. Compete against up to 23 other riders around 20 incredibly detailed race circuits.

The demo has two tracks (Sunny and Rainy) and a six-minute time limit, and most of the front-end features are disabled. You can also select which language you want to run the program in.
