This program lets you create game card sets, but suffers from some overall problems. Card Collector Game Maker has a sparse, unfriendly interface, and while it's fairly easy to add a card set, designing the card's layout is a bit more complex. You edit the card's layout by defining and ordering attributes such as ID, name, and type, and you can add text or images, though it isn't immediately clear how to begin. There are a few backgrounds included, but you can add image files to create your own. Though it has an option to use a template, none are included with the program. The option to export the cards into image files is locked in the trial version, and Card Collector Game Maker doesn't have a print option. This isn't for the novice user, and advanced users won't be able to use the cards they create until they register the software.

"This software is a piece of crap. (To take it lightly) Don't use it."

Pros: It is very useful for planning out what cards will have on them.

Cons: Very hard to change layout. Also images are a hastle. You can't add backgrounds. It is very
hard to even change any templates.

Version: Card Collector Game Maker 1

"Great for prototyping. If you plan on making your own card game this is for you!"

Pros: This program allows you to set up a good card layout and all the fundamental pieces of a cards design.

Cons: not 100% user friendly interface.
