Publisher's description of Camino
From Mozilla:The Camino Project has worked to create a browser that is as functional and elegant as the computers it runs on. The Camino Web browser is powerful, secure, and ready to meet the needs of all users while remaining simple and elegant in its design. Camino combines the awesome visual and behavioral experience that has been central to the Macintosh philosophy with the powerful Web browsing capabilities of the Gecko rendering engine. Built and tested by thousands of volunteers, Mozilla's Gecko brings cutting-edge innovations and capabilities to users in a standards-friendly and socially responsible form.
Features include pause and resume for downloads, annoyance blocking, enhanced security via certificate support, bundled Java Embedding Plugin for improved Java performance, form fill from Address Book, upgraded the Gecko rendering engine 1.8, resulting in performance, stability, and rendering improvements. Version 1.6.1 includes unspecified updates.

Editor's review of Camino
The wait for new features is over--Camino 1.5 is here! The fact Camino was designed from the ground up to be a native OS X browser definitely shows. A cool alternative to Safari and Firefox, this browser's use of Cocoa for the user interface certainly makes it fit well with the rest of the platform.
We were pleased with the visual and behavioral experience. Its interface is clean and uncluttered. The additions of feed checking for easy access to RSS; spell-checking that checks as you type; and session saving which lets you get back to work quickly after a crash; launch Camino up there with the bigger named Mac browsers. It doesn't hurt that Camino is already a very quick browser with speed and performance that are top-notch.
Overall, we think the quick and useful feature set, a solid rendering engine, and overall Mac-ness make Camino a great contender for your main browser.
