Version: CachemanXP 1.1.2.2
"Very good program to avoid "freezing-ups""
Pros: This is the first program that I've downloaded that really makes a difference in terms of computer functioning. My computer was freezing very frequently (even though I have 1.5 GB RAM) and after installing CachemanXP there was a clear improvement
Cons: It is not free!!!!

Version: CachemanXP 1.1.2.2
Pros: This is one of the first programs I installed on the new computer I built for myself. It's got plenty of settings the advanced user can tweak, plus a great auto-optimize feature that is excellent for novice users (only available after you buy the program). I optimized the settings after installing it, and it works its magic without any further intervention. It can be set to load on system startup. The system tray icon is very handy, and fully customizable (colors, font, update interval, etc.). The program itself has a very small footprint. I leave my computer running 24/7, and with this great little program running on it, I almost never need to restart because of RAM-related issues.
Cons: The full version does cost money, but I consider it to be reasonably priced, and worth every penny. It's a great program I just can't do without.
