From http://www.comprawifi.com:Cable is one simple tool with that we will be able to find out the loss of signal produced in a wireless installation or Wi-Fi according to the meters and type of used cable. In order to reach the result (in dB) we will have solely to indicate the type of cable used of between RG 58, RG 174, Aircom, Aircell, HDF-400, and LMR-400, and to finally introduce the amount of meters used in the installation. Also it supports to numbers decimal to be able to approximate to us to our specific length to the maximum. Certain it is that the loss of signal also can be influenced by other many factors, but with Cable we will be able to start off of a precise base.
