Pros: i couldn't open it - so no pro's
Cons: after installation the error message 'run time error '48' file not found: olepro32.dll' comes up if i try to open it. I am using windows ME

That's the problem. Get Windows 2000, its MUCH better.

The problem charlotteredit is that probably you did not install it right. Right know I'm using ccleaner 1.8. It works so good. No error or whatever you may call it happens. Or your problem is because your computer and it's windows. ME is a old windows why not XP SP2. I'm running a Dell 8200 512MB Windows Xp SERVICE PACK #2. IT's good. Get it. That may fix your little problem.
