From Business Mail Gateway:This e-mail server works well for small businesses and families. It includes a comprehensive help system and tutorials, and supports SMTP and POP3 mail. You can send and receive mail through multiple Internet service providers (and multiple accounts within each ISP). BMG can strip unwanted e-mail attachments and will use the AVG virus scanner if installed.
Administrators can control and manage this mail server from any PC on the office/home LAN. You can even test your system before you go live with the included Internet simulator.
If you have a low-cost domain with all its e-mail going to a single mailbox, then BMG can collect that e-mail and will recreate the real recipients of the e-mail without you having to pay for expensive forwarding options.

"This really shouldn't be called a mail server"
Summary: This software is, at best, a hight school computer science project.
there is no way 95% of the people that download this could ever install it and operate it. -

"It does what it says it does"
Summary: Due to the nature of the beast, an Email gateway can never be simple (or idiot proof) to set up. This one is as simple as it can get.

"TAKE A YEAR OFF TO READ THE MANUAL"
Summary: You will need a year off to plough through the manual. It looks as if you will need a degree to operate this rubbish. Our TECHS took one look at it & said GOODBYE.

Summary: You can get a 10 user FREE version. If you can work out how to use this over complex trash GOOD LUCK! I am a computer software technitian & I cannot sort it out
