BulletProof FTP is an automatic FTP program. It automatically reconnects and resumes file transfers right from where it left off if the connection is lost, or no data is received for a specified period of time. You can download files in any order, from any directory on an FTP site. Browse the FTP site from the cache while off line or transferring - this does not open another connection to the FTP server.

VErsion 2.57 squashed two big unhandled exceptions that were caught by the new crash-reporting function.

  Version: BulletProof FTP Client 2.57

  "BPFTP Client v2.5x Transfers My Files Perfectly"

  Pros: With the newest v2.5x upgrade of BPFTP Client (which I got for free, even though my purchase was years ago) works perfectly!

  This upgrade includes a really good overhaul of the User-Interface. Modernizing the Graphics and Tools bars to better reflect Microsoft standards. My jobs isn't playing with software all day, and I was immediately able to update my company's website with the new interface.

  My connection is a standard Dial-Up and I have troubles keeping connected long enough to transfer a file. Not with BulletProof! It's definitely deserving of the name, because I was able to transfer a 300 MB game download overnight; it was bullet-proof in getting me the file, despite my computer having to redial the ISP several times!

  Cons: I can't say much bad about BPFTP Client v2.5x. It's rock-solid, looks amazing and get's the job-done without worrying about it!

  Perhaps it could use something to integrate downloading from my Web-Browser, maybe as a Firefox extension that instructed BPFTP Client to download the file versus the web-browser. I actually submitted that feature-request to the developer last week and they seemed really receptive to putting it in the next version!
