This application offers a wealth of tools to protect your computer against malicious software, although not all of its features are appropriate for the novice user. Browser Sentinel's very functional interface displays various IE and Windows components in a neat tree view. The program allows you to manage BHOs, toolbar add-ins, and other numerous other areas. Browser Sentinel also works as a task manager, where you can see and remove programs that run in the background. However, inexperienced users should be extra cautious when using this feature as they can terminate programs that may cause system instability. More advanced users will find Browser Sentinel a useful tool for guarding their systems from unwanted changes and malicious programs.

Version: Browser Sentinel 2.1

"Just get Opera!!!"

Cons: IE is falling apart I recommend that you judt get Opera 8.5 rated 1st place against Firefox 1.5.0 and IE 6, Opera had 0 security problems, while FF had 5, and IE 49
