"Useful product."

Pros: Useful product.

Cons: An interface is not very much clear. But due to the help the program can be considered useful.

"It's free, but useless without paying for service"

Pros: Can't think of anything to like, since I can't try it at all

Cons: The program itself is free, but you have to pay to use the proprietary search engine in order to download anything.
