From f2ko:Base64 De-/Encoder is a command line utility that decodes/encodes files using the Base64 algorithm. Base64 is often used to send files as an email-attachment. Usage: Usage base64 (-d|-e) [infile) (outfile), -d [decode base64 encoded file), e (encode file using the Base64 algorithm), (print help), and -v (print version). Version 1.1.1 adds new parameter/function.

"Worked well for me. Converted embeded pdf back to pdf."
Pros: No install. Command line, give it command, input file name, output file name and it is done.
Cons: None that I know of.
Summary: This program allowed me to convert an embeded pdf from an e-mail back to a pdf. The file was embeded as base64 information. I deleted all the parts of the e-mail that were not part of the encoded information. Saved the file and used that as the inpu... read more >>
