Version: The Ringtone Maker 3.4
"GET THIS FOR FREE - READ BELOW"
Pros: Not sure how long this will last but you can get this program totally free! I was having problems with my paypal account and went to the product web site to restart the license purchase process. There they offer a way to get the software for free if you buy something from some other company. BUT, there is one option to sign up for a Napster account. The crazy thing is that with the Napster offer you can get a 7 day free trial that can be cancelled! Just sign up, cancel the next morning and get this application free. AMAZING but who is going to argue.

Version: The Ringtone Maker 3.4
Pros: It is so easy to use! Download program, pick your audio, select your portion of the audio and send it to your phone. Voila! I send it to my PC and email it to my phone. I love this. And the customer service has been so responsive and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

"Extemely simple ringtone maker with lots of other cool features"
Pros: I demoed other apps to make ringtones for my moto v3 and this one is by far the best, easiest and offers the most additional features.
I ended up buying it because of price and functionality. I have made a handful of ringtones, and played with only a few of the additional features like sending sms messages for free and downloading other truetone ringtone sounds that come preloaded with the application, but there is nothing to complain about since this app is really easy to use and to download the ringtones to my phone. This makes it fun for me to make a different ringtone for each of my friends in my phone's contact list.
The feature to list the ringtones i made on my mySpace page is also cool.

"Easy Use! But where is the Midi Support?"
Pros: The software is easy to use, has an extremely short learning curve and does a good job. However, for those of us who like polyphonic ringtones from midi files there is no support. You could go and down load a converter to convert your midi's to MP3's and edit them that way but it just seems that it would be easier to add midi support to this program. It worked with my Sprint PCS phone (A Sanyo SCP-7050) which was impressive as the PCS system can be picky about uploads. All in all a good package for what it was designed to do.
Cons: No direct Midi Support for Polyphonic Ringtones :(
