Version: Axara Audio Converter 2.9.3
Pros: must buy full software package and register it or Axara logo will be inserted in the middle of your clip
Cons: Company did not send product id and key code to register the product. Leaves no contact information other than a support email address; to which they won't respond.
Summary: I think they are are scam or they don't take customer support seriously. I have yet to hear from them to register the software and they have debited my account.
