The best free one.Better than norton and McAfee.
Pros: Very light on resources.Now includes antispyware and antirootkit.It has alot of shields like instant messaging scanner and p2p shield.Last time i diwnloaded a virus from limewire,avast detected a virus before the download finished and i was able to delete the virus :D
It is very easy to use and you can customize it with skins.It finds more viruses than norton and McAfee,scans faster and is lighter on resources.
I also like the feature that it updates automaticly on startup.
Cons: P2P shield has no support for CABOS and FROSTWIRE.

Pros: AVG Antivirus free 8.0 is more better than avast
Cons: rubbish made my computer freeze didnt get rid of trojan i had to do a full system restore
