From AutoBAUP:Easy-to-Use File backup and synchronization tool, it can automatically Compare, back up, synchronize, and replicate any type of files/folders from local hard disk to external hard disk, to another computer, or other storage device. The sync task can bi-directional synchronize the files between two folders, the backup task can archive multiple versions backed up copies for different time (for example, the backup copy for Monday is 'Backup_1', Tuesday is 'Backup_2', and so on). It has intuitive interface, works reliably in the background, uses very little system resources, and can run as windows service. Automatic scheduling includes specific days of the week, days of the month, hours of the day, or any desired time intervals. E-mail notification let you know the backup status anytime and anywhere.

Pros: It is easy to keep my source code on my laptop synced up with another computer, and it also is a good file backup software.
Cons: I don't have any complaint.
