  Pros: The name pretty much says what the program does you can burn audio Cds,DVDs,Blu-ray Disks. You can edit and convert audio files to and from different audio formats. You have the option to try to fix / repair audio files. You can record audio from a microphone or from your computers line in which is good if you want to transphere cassette tapes or other audio sources to MP3,WMA,Ogg Vorbis,WAV or FLAC. You have the option to normalize audio files so they play at the same audio volume when you burn your audio files to Cd,DVD or Blu-ray disks. I was glad to see Ashampoo Music Studio 3.40 has a 30 day trial period and not a 30 day or 10 uses which ever comes first type of a trial period.

  Cons: One of my biggest complaints with Ashampoo Music Studio 3.40 is the normalizer. It took about 9 hours to copy 14 MP3 Files and normalize them that was 66.2 Megabytes. I'm running Windows XP PRO with 512 Megabytes of memory. Before I normalized the MP3 Files I disconnected from the internet I disabled my Firewall,Antivirus and Spyware removers also I Defragged my computer just to make sure everything went smooth. After the MP3's were normalized I still had to adjust the volume on my computer. In the help section of Ashampoo Music Studio 3.40 it says after you normalize your audio files you will never have to fiddle with your volume control again I just wish that was true but that wasnt the case. Another thing is I can find free apps that can do alot of the things Ashampoo Music Studio 3.40 can do so why would I pay $30 for this when all I have to do is look around the internet for freeware apps that come close to this? If anybody knows of a normalizer that really works 100% please let me know. When you listen to a radio station you never have to turn the volume up or down when different songs are played. You would think by now somebody would of come up with software that the general public can use and get the same results I cant find it.
