Watch as fish swim among beautiful underwater worlds full of swaying plants, rocks, coral, and bubbles. Customize AquaScape 3D to your heart's desire with over 30 creatures and fish, plus configurable gravel, water, landscaping, sound effects, music, and lighting. Watch from rectangular, circular, and underwater cave views complete with waves.

Version 3.3 lets you use any picture on your computer as a backdrop for the aquarium, features additional music options, accommodates an increase in the maximum amount of fish to 150.

This impressive screensaver lets you build a fully customizable aquarium for your desktop. When we began configuring this applications's settings, we were blown away by the number of features AquaScape 3D has to offer. You first customize your tank by choosing aquarium style, water color and appearance, and gravel. Next you select from more than 20 species of sea creatures, ranging from angelfish to sharks. We really liked the Landscaping feature, which lets you add and remove plants, rocks, and corals. You can even edit each individual object and determine its precise placement in the tank. AquaScape 3D also offers several background music and sound effect choices, all of which were pleasant and appropriate. If we had a complaint, it would be that some of the cartoon-style fish detract from the program's realistic look. Still, since it offers such a high degree of configurability and doesn't dish out adware like many screensavers do, we can give this app our enthusiastic recommendation.
