This is a great tool for all you Amazon bargain shoppers, despite the annoying one-time registration process.

Apnoti Amazon Price Notification installs a very slim toolbar on your Internet Explorer browser and it's fully customizable. You can adjust the text size, change the skin color, and even download other skins. The bonus Internet radio works without a hitch. One click of a prominent button on the bar immediately takes you to the Amazon site. The first time you click the Track this Product button, however, you'll be asked to register. We weren't happy that the registration process interrupted our browsing, and we wished the publisher had found a different way to handle it. We soon got over that once we discovered how easy it was to manage tagged items. We especially liked the notification feature that displays each of your tagged items, along with the current price, the user-set alert price, and the date it was added. As promised, we received e-mails whenever a tagged product hit the alert price.

Once we got past the registration issue, we quickly fell in love with Apnoti. We recommend this IE add-on for all Amazon shoppers.
