"Need QuickTime to convert m4p"
Pros: I had the same problem with support. Not that it will do you much good, but try this - support@all-music-converter.com the email address on the web-site doesn't work.
Cons: You must have QuickTime to convert you m4p or other apple products. Not cool if you can not install iTunes or QT on XP because it crashes XP (known fact). Addtionally when you buy it and activate the software you are activating it for use on only ONE computer and CAN NOT be changed. support emails get answered at 1st but then get emails get returned as a "invaild address". From reading other posts here regarding the returned emails I beleive what is really happening is that AllMusicConverter support people are blacklisting your address because they do not want to give a refund. I had contacted support a few times and completing the "work arounds" they requested and requested a refund my emails were being returned as "undeliverable".

"Don't buy the All-Music-Converter!"
Pros: None. This appears to be a fraudulent company.
You don't know where they are located. No phone numbers to seek support.Cons: I paid close to $90 for their entire product-- the Pro Version.
All their claims on their web site is wrong and a fraud!
It does not even convert even a single WMA file. It produces an error message, but does not tell you what the eroor is!Summary: It does NOT do batch conversion-- actually it does not do any conversion.
There is no support.
You don't even know where this company is located!
