Publisher's description of All Recorder

From 1st benison:

All Recorder can record sound from microphones and line-in audio, streaming audio from the Internet, and audio from Winamp, Windows Media Player, QuickTime, RealPlayer, Flash, and games. All Recorder can record, edit, and export any sound you hear without losing any quality, and provide you with the ability to record the sound directly into MP3, WMA, SWF, OGG, VQF, and WAV files synchronously. With All Recorder, you can import and modify sound with special effects, such as Fade In, Fade Out, Normalize, Scale, and Squeeze Silence. You can review and edit all your files in the history list with several clicks. With a long-term recording task, use the autosplit function to split music files into smaller ones. The Voice Activated Recording system is now supported for skipping silence. You can also control recording through the tray icon; all you need to do is double-click the system-tray icon.

Version 3.3.6 changes some default value of SWF parameters.

Editor's review of All Recorder

4 star editors rating Though we don't consider this program a full-fledged recording suite, All Recorder nonetheless possesses enough editing features to warrant consideration. With cryptic-looking icons for actions bordering the recording-status window, the interface looks more confusing than it is. However, we do think it's convenient that you can simply click the program's system-tray icon to quickly start capturing audio. You can record incoming audio from a variety of sources--including a line-in jack and a microphone--to MP3, WAV, WMA, and OGG formats. The recording capabilities are rather modest, letting you schedule stops and starts, change the bit and sample rates, and letting you adjust the incoming signal strength. The built-in editing functions will be sufficient for nonprofessional use, letting you trim tracks, fade in and out, insert silence, and normalize files. You'll also get some basic audio effects such as echo, delay, reverb, and tremolo, though you can't tweak their settings to your liking. You can edit or add effects both to your own recordings and to any preexisting audio files on your PC. Our only real problem is with the trial version's 30-second recording restriction. Even without its recording functions, All Recorder could stand on its editing features alone, making it a safe bet for most home users.
