Agenda is an application designed to help you organize not only your time, but also your goals. Are you meeting your goals? Perhaps your first goal should be getting an organizer. This program helps track your time by organizing what you're doing and how much time you're spending in the process. Events and obligations are organized in a tree, which defines primary goals and subgoals within a category. Goals can even be color coded, so when you add an appointment that relates to a specific goal (say, getting a job) you can tweak the color to correspond. And if that's not enough hyperorganization for you, you can run reports on how much time you're spending on certain activities, to see whether you're on task or just goofing off. While it may sound convoluted, Agenda is surprisingly easy to use and includes an intuitive interface that doesn't take much time to get used to. Reliable and stable, Agenda is perfect for a student or professional looking to organize personal time.

  "Good but not adequate"

  Pros: Simple to use.

  Best feature is that it allows you to split up a goal into small acheivable targets set in a time frame.

  Cons: They should have a feature where you click on a Goal and all the entries under it with editing facilities gets thrown up.

  In the current format, its hard to review a goal once you have set it up.

  "Its simple but can't Outlook do this better?"

  Pros: It's not microsoft, its not complicated and does just what it says it will do.

  Cons: It's not outlook and it doesn't integrate with pda's, and other software.

  "Just what I had been looking for!"

  Summary: So easy to use and the tech. support is quick and personal. Not only is it a great program for adults, but a good learning/teaching tool for children needing help with time management.
