Version: Paint.NET 3.31
"It's not Paint Shop Pro, it's better!"
Pros: It's better because of it's simplicity and because it's free. It does whet I was hoping it would. In combination with Image Mender (offered here), I can easily mend, touch up, modify and repair my digital photos and wallpapers.
Cons: No cons. It's great for an old man who has difficulty figuring out complicated programs. Does what I need.

"Best Free Image Editing Tool I've Ever Seen"
Pros: Paint.NET is a very good, and easy program to edit images. I particularly like the Cropping. My normal image editing program is Paint Shop Pro, and I really dislike PSP's cropping. So I was very happy with Paint.NET! This program helps to "clean up" photographs and any other image you have. Noise reduction, photo sharpening, and several other image adjusting tools make Paint.NET very worthwhile.
Cons: None that I have found.

Pros: It takes a little while to learn. It's like a supercharged Paint.
