  STAY AWAY FROM ALL SHIELD PRODUCTS!

  Cons: Try AVG if you want a great (and free) program. Any of the shield products are terrible. I spent $29.99 for the Shield Anti-virus and Fire wall and had to remove it immediately. There is no customer support and they sent me the wrong CD.
