"Valuable and useful tool for every office"
Pros: This software is one of the most useful tools I have ever bought for my business. Although I'm skillful in speaking English, But writing business letters in English language is something else and this software really helped me.

"Perfect for those who haven't exeperience in business letters."
Pros: I like the instruction page which are followed with examples to make it easier to understand.
Cons: The example of letters are written in brief so it might lead to confusion.Also, it
would be helpful to add some real letters.
