  It installs crapware and crashes on start up! Congrats guys you broke perfectly working software. Idiots.

  Summary

  I'm running windows 7 Pro SP1. Their software does not work and it isn't worth installing it as it just puts crapware on too. Ironically the crapware works better than their software.

  1. The software crashes at launch 2. The install exe installes a crapware - PC Cleaner - that tries to "clean up" your registry and whatnot. Terrible software that should be uninstalled right away. PC Cleaner runs as soon as you launch the Active ISO Burner. After the Active ISO Burner crashes, the PC Cleaner runs to clean your registry.

  Update from version 2.5.4 on Windows 7 Pro via Lsoft website. Crashes every time I start it so I'm uninstalling it.

  Summary

  Not worth the hassle. I'm going for another brand as I couldn't be bothered reinstalling version 2.5.4. Worries me to think that this company could be becoming a has-been.

  If this program has downloads, that speaks volumes against the 'security scan' that occurs whenever a file is downloaded. \ Seems like it just gives a warm fuzzy feeling without actually doing anything.

• Could be a good product- but not from CNET

  Seemed to work but uninstalled it because of concurrent browser changes from CNET.

  It came through CNET and included very close to malware.

  Don't trust downloads from CNET anymore- too many associated problems. Too bad- they used to be good.

  Summary

  Recently my motherboard died and I had to upgrade it. After upgrading vista refused to activate, so I downloaded a bunch of linux distros to switch that computer to linux. I needed to burn those ISOs to DVD as I usually don't use DVDs but here it was necessary to boot with those DVDs so I downloaded this software It burned about 10 DVDs containing different distro isos without a problem. And all those DVDS work perfectly.
