From ActiVideo:

This program allows you to add real-time video capabilities to your application in less than half an hour with virtually no coding. ActiVideo will incorporate in any ActiveX hosting environment, such as 32-bit Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Delphi 3.0, and even Microsoft Office applications. It will provide an interface for showing the video onscreen, user interaction, video format control, single-frame video capture, and full-motion video recording. All this is made possible through a set of properties and methods completely isolated from the API level. ActiVideo supports any Video for Windows (VfW)-compatible video device.

The latest release implements new events, properties, and methods and fixes bugs.

Note: In this shareware version, captured video clip's duration is limited to 15 seconds. Captured images are modified with a single horizontal line in the middle of the frame.
