The Catalyst 8.9 for Windows XP Professional x64 Edition provides full driver support for platforms using either the AMD (Opteron, Athlon64) or the Intel EM64T architecture. The Catalyst software suite for Windows XP Professional x64 Edition contains Radeon Display Driver anf Catalyst Control Center.

Catalyst 8.9 adds New Display mode support for Catalyst Control Center, OverDrive support for QUAD CrossFireX configurations, and OpenGL 3.0 extension support.
