Summary: I have dial-up. I *still* can't connect at sppeds of more than 28.8k. I've never had this problem with any other ISP, so it has to be them.

"Bad connection speeds and worse customer service"
Summary: You will never get a connection speed above 40000bps,and that is at the high end. AT&T doesn't seem to cooperate in resolving this. I will never use it again.
