"Great product"

Pros: I prefer an older version,and I believe this is one.Bottom line,it works,I haven't had a working Yahoo Messenger in over 4 months,( no fault of Yahoo though).

"ok but needs a lot of work ...."

Pros: Yahoo Messenger for OSX is just passable ...it does provide a reasonable chat client.

Cons: Yahoo's biggest problem seems to be that web cam is very unstable and the whole feel of Yahoo for OSX is that of Yahoo version 4.x for PC. Where are the stealth options ...the buddy icons....Yahoo is simply being very lazy in not upgrading messenger. BUT it surely leaves MSN Messenger for OSX for dead ...at least it supports web cam!
