ACME Label Maker is a simple tool for creating basic GIF labels that you can save and host on the Web. Enter your text, select a font, choose a text and background color, then click "Make Label" to view the downloadable GIF image. There are also 10 available filters, five of which can be applied to any one label.

ACME Label Maker

Simple and Fast

Pros: I like that it is very simple and basic to use. Overall it covers your basic needs for making a small banner

Cons: I doesn't have options for different sizes of banners.
