From Abstract R&D: High quality, easy-to-use and large 146,000 entry and 200,000 definition English dictionary extensive word relations including synonyms and antonyms, example sentences, wildcard, phonetic spelling, wildcard search, and easy cross-referencing. A-Lex also has the unique capability of synthesis English word on Palm OS devices. Desk Accessory version which allows one-tap lookup of words from other Palm applications is also included.

Version 2.4 features better support of dynamic input area display, improves auto-complete lookup with wild card matching, and increases lookup history size.
