This freeware application employs the use of simplistic hypnotic sessions to promote healthy eating, but the archaic interface suffers from spelling errors that don't leave us confident in its ability.
A Free Healthy Eating Hypnosis Session starts poorly, with a plainly designed interface that isn't very engaging, but the two buttons to start and stop the session are easy enough for anyone to follow. We encountered an error, however, when we tried to maximize the program's window. A Free Healthy Eating Hypnosis Session runs a short 6-minute hypnosis session, flashing messages like, "Eat more vegetables" and "Eat healthy meals" over amateurish graphics. Unfortunately, some misspelled words (like "loose" instead of "lose") make the program look even more unprofessional.
You can't add your own messages or customize the appearance. Also, you'll need to shell out $8.95 if you want to buy the audio session. The paid audio track lasts 30 minutes, making us question the effectiveness of the visual component on its own. A Free Healthy Eating Hypnosis Session is offered at no charge, and anyone can use it, but its obvious flaws, sloppy presentation, and slightly misleading freeware claims are definite turnoffs.
