A+ File Protection encrypts all file types, allowing sending them through email or internet safely. In order to reveal the encrypted file, A+ File Protection application and password are required. The application interface is easy to use, self-explaining steps to be made in order to perform the encryption.

This program effectively hides files within graphical images, although it has some distinct inadequacies. A+File Protection's interface is rather busy as it lists all of your files for selection. We're also pleased to find that an option to hide files using this software is readily available on our desktop's right-click context menu. We chose a few files during testing, selected BMP images to conceal them in, and assigned passwords. (The software only allows BMP images for concealing files, some of which diminished in quality in the output.) Revealing files is foolproof as long as the recipient has the password and A+File Protection installed. Unfortunately, you can't launch the files from its interface. The recipient will need to choose a destination on his or her system for the file to be placed in and then open it from there. While convenience isn't the highlight here, this 10-day trial is effective for concealing private files when sharing a computer.
