A great free online FPS
Pros: Wolfenstein: ET is a generally good team-based first person shooter. It has multiple game modes and it is easy to connect to a server, the graphics are great and although the controls are difficult at first, they can be easily changed.
The community and players are GENERALLY good and friendly, though some idiots try and spoil the game with foul language and team-shooting.
Overall I recommend this download!
Cons: Most servers suffer from EXTREME lag, some players are idiots, there is no block for abusive language and it really can get very, very, repetitive without any mods

Sorry, this is really a great game! I think the review was quite harsh, as I didn't play it as much as I should of done, but I really like this game! If I could change my review I would!
Language
Yeah the foul language is an actual option in punkbuster(game security) but most servers have the foul laguage option turned off.
Update
The majority of servers now have decent filters which stop people mouthing off all the time, very few servers I have played on suffer extreme lag, obviously that all depends what your connection is like and what the host server connection is like. So it does vary alot, but I wouldn't say most servers. Some players do like messing around and ruining peoples fun but they usually get kicked fairly quickly even without any mods around because of vote kicks etc...

I was thinking the review was quite harsh at first that's why I wrote my last reply, but I failed to read your post about it. Fortunately I didn't have much of a problem when I first started playing, although there were a few idiots. But really you have to play it more and go around on servers more, because it's not the same on all servers, but there are certain ones where like everyone on there is annoying.
