Pros: Other Antivirus and firewalls were slowing down my pc.Since installing ZA , I have never had any conflicts.I am using windows XP2.Windows shuts down quickly, and starts quickly.From pressing the "on" button to actually get on line is around 2 and a half minutes.When I had Norton it took around 5 or 6 minutes. ZA has caught all viruses in seconds.I actually forget it's there sometimes.
My pc purrs along just fine.The Firewall is the best there is.I ran a firewall test (from a good source) and it came out perfect.I will be using ZA until my pc is ready for the scrap heap.I have seen that others were having conflicts? Not me, Guess i'm lucky.

Good product... most likely not.
I was seriously considering buy Zone Alarm's product. At the time I had the free version. When I turned on pc one morning ZA popped up and said there was yet another update. My understanding is this is just a way to clutter your puter with needless toolbars and other browser helper objects. When I tried to contact customer service they said there is no support for the free version and they also included a survey in their email. First of all my question did not pertain to a support issue and as for as their survey I definitely tried to utilize that as an option and submit my comments through the survey but when clicked the submit button it conveniently did not work. Most of the time their updates are to fix conflicts with other programs and quite often don't fix the problem. So the bottom line is consumer be ware.
