Stick With 10 For now

by: Superknown on 14-Nov-2006 08:10:15 PM

Pros: 11 Looks Sharp and is one of the best sounding players to date. I like the EQ effects and sometimes the WOW blows me away

Cons: I use Rhapsody and everytime I try to go to 11 it gives me problems. DRM is a pain in the but, and also using Zen the album art doesnot come through. I used to never use WMP but I;m getting there. Fix the DRM BS though

I agree with this.

I have a laptop but my music collection exceeds the laptop memory. Every now and again I swap over files from my external drive to my laptop. the old MP10 coped far better with the swap. 11 seemed to forget any details i had downloaded from the find album info that i got from 10.

And where is the next file button on 11? The random playlist was gret for me but on 11 its been buried!

Another "improvement" boo hisss!

I want MP 10 back!

MP 11 is apparently not compatible with my Windows Mobil 5 PDA, which is very strange. MP 10 worked fine. I could sync any number of songs between my desktop and my PDA, but now MP 11 doesn't even recognize that it is connected. I reccommend you stick to MP 10 until Microsoft can fix the problem.

I recently installed the new version of Windows Media and I am having the hardest time figuring out how to get my Old-time radio site to play on this new Windows Media....now on the the 10 version I had no trouble at all....but now I just about give up ...just too many Bells and Whistles..
