7tools Partition Manager 2009 offers an extended range of functions to make your data management easier. With its help you can deploy a new hard drive and copy your data and partitions; install and use multiple operation systems and share files between them; organize better data storage for multiuser computers; and recover your computer after a system crash and secure important data by moving it to a separate partition. The advantage of the product is an increased level of data protection. You will not lose your data during partitioning operations; a number of wizards can help even unexperienced users to perform most complicated partitioning operations; and all major file systems are supported.

Version 2009 is Vista compatible and features new interface.

  7tools Partition Manager

  Excellent program, but ONLY A DEMO - no functionality

  Pros: If you have the change, 7tools, the latest from Paragon, may be the pick of the litter. It requires a reboot after installation, as do the Ranish and Cute partition managers. But it resizes partitions simply and formats the new partition with NTFS.

  Cons: Great, intuitive, but not free. "Apply changes" is non-functional until you buy the program.
