  Actually a pretty decent program

  Pros: I read the review of this and was more curious than anything. I have been dieting and exercising on and off since I was 16. I have read a lot of magazines/books etc. Not to mention I am a registered nurse. So I know my share about the body. This actually has some good useful information.

  Cons: You can't answer everything in 79 questions.
