Winter wonderland screensavers

To avoid your computer (and you) looking like a corndog in a cubicle this holiday season, frolic and play through our collection of safe and secure seasonal screensavers selected to fit a wide range of year-end revelers and Scrooges. Ooh, puppies!

Slide 1:

Christmas naptime

The fine folks behind the classic Christmas cards at American Greeting company have created a bevy of fun, cute, whimsical, and stylish screensavers for the season. Whatever the time of year, it's hard to top puppies and kittens for maximum cuteness. In A Long Winter's Nap an array of the cute critters pose in holiday slumber.

The American Greetings site requires that you sign up for a free account with a valid e-mail address to download its screensavers. The screensaver section of its Web site currently has eight for Christmas, six in the "season's greetings" category, three for New Year's Eve, and four for the general winter season.
