Version: 3GP Converter 2007 1.1
Pros: 3GP Converter 2007 is the perfect app for simply converting your AVI files to 3GP for cell phones. Since most 3GP enabled phones have strict settings right down to the video size, there's no need to pay big bucks for suiite apps with tons of bells and whistles if all your wanting to do is simply convert your existing AVIs to play on your phone. This app has the precise settings already set as the default although you can change a few minimal settings, but if you do, chances are your phone will pop up an error message saying unidentified format.
So why waste money on a $50 to $100 apps when you cant change anything anyway. This app does an excellent job of creating 3GPs that have Great resolution on your phone with almost no intermittent pixalation like others I have tried, and conversion is as fast or faster than the higher end apps I've used.
I give this little app 5 stars for being a down and dirty workhorse for converting my movies to my phone. It's worth more than the 25 bucks they ask easily.
Cons: What's to say about any negative aspects of 3GP Converter 2007??? It's a small app with minimalistic functionality. It doesn't cause any conflicts or crashes here on my end and it launches fast, converts fast and quite simply does what I purchased it for.
